In the product
More useful details
Smaller things built into the product that make everyday site fixes quicker.
One score out of 100
Your site gets a health score out of 100. Every problem shows how many points it costs, so you always know why the score is what it is.
Every problem, with its pages
Open a problem and see every page that has it. You go straight from "something is wrong" to the exact page to fix.
A report for every page
Each page gets its own report: title, description, headings, links, images, structured data and security headers, plus every problem found on it.
A fix guide for every check
All 202 checks come with a plain guide: what it checks, why it matters and how to fix it. The guide sits right next to the problem.
Staging and live kept apart
A scan started by your developers remembers which branch it checked. Staging results never mix with your live site's history.
Stop bad releases
From Basic, one command in your release process scans the site first. If the score falls below your limit (97 by default), the release stops.
61 reports to download
Download reports as PDF, CSV, XLSX, JSON or Markdown. Everyone gets the 6 summary reports. The 55 data exports and the fix steps start on Hobby.
Bring your team
Group your sites into workspaces and invite people by email. Each person gets a role that decides what they can see and change.
Alerts by email, Slack or webhook
Get told when a scan finishes or fails, when the score drops or when a new critical problem appears. You choose which alerts each site sends.
Google Search Console data
From Basic, connect a site's Search Console with read-only access. See clicks, impressions, CTR and average position by page and by query, synced daily. History: 6 months on Basic, 16 months on Pro and Enterprise.
Search impact of your fixes
From Basic, with Search Console connected. See each page's Google clicks next to its problems, and sort by traffic. After a fix, PixyScan compares clicks to the fixed pages with the rest of the site. It is a comparison, not proof of cause.
Deploys on your search trend
From Basic, with Search Console connected, production scans are marked on the clicks trend (scheduled ones when something changed). Deploys from CI/CD show their commit, and if Google clicks drop sharply in the 3 days after one, PixyScan alerts you about a week later.
What PixyScan doesn’t do yet
People often ask about these. PixyScan does not do them today.
What has shipped so far- 01
A public REST API
There is no public API yet. To get data out, download a report, run the CI command or connect the MCP server (Basic and above).
- 02
Scheduled report emails
Reports are not emailed on a schedule. You download them when you need them. Scan and score alerts still reach you by email, Slack or webhook.
- 03
AI writing or automatic fixes
PixyScan does not write content or fixes, and it never changes your site. Each check has a fix guide written by people, which you or your developer follow.
- 04
Rank tracking, keyword research or Analytics
PixyScan does not track rankings, research keywords, check backlinks or connect to Google Analytics. From Basic, you can connect Google Search Console to see the clicks, impressions and average position Google reports for your site, including next to your issues and around your fixes.
The FAQ answers other common questions about prices, scanning and your data.
