01There is nothing to ship

PixyScan is a software-as-a-service product delivered entirely over the internet. No physical goods are sold, shipped or delivered, and no shipping charges apply to anything on this site.

This page exists because payment gateways require a delivery policy to be published before an account can be approved.

02How delivery works

Access is granted to the account that made the purchase, immediately on successful payment. There is no waiting period and nothing to install: you sign in at the application address and your subscription's entitlements are already active.

If a payment succeeds but access is not granted, that is a fault on our side. Contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

03What you receive

A subscription to PixyScan gives you your tier's monthly URL credit allowance, its site and seat limits, its history retention window, and the features listed for that tier on the pricing page.

Scan results and reports - in PDF, CSV, XLSX, JSON or Markdown - are produced inside the application and downloaded from it. Alert emails aside, nothing is posted or emailed as a deliverable.

04Service region

PixyScan is available worldwide wherever our payment provider can accept payment and it is lawful for us to provide the service. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout.
