Terms of Service

01The agreement

In this policy, "we", "us" and "PixyScan" mean Kiara TechX LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACP-8449) with its registered office at 1101, Time Square 1, Opp. Baghban Party Plot, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059, India. PixyScan is a product of Kiara TechX LLP.

By creating an account or using PixyScan you agree to these terms. They take effect on 21 August 2026. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

02Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

A workspace holds sites, members and the subscription. The person who creates a workspace controls who may join it and what role each member has.

03What you may scan

You may only add sites you own or are authorised to audit. By adding a site you confirm you have that authority.

Our crawler identifies itself, respects robots.txt, and honours the crawl rules and exclusion patterns you set. It does not attempt to access pages behind authentication. If you scan a site you are not entitled to scan, that is your responsibility and not ours.

04Subscriptions, credits and payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in the currency shown at checkout. One crawled URL consumes one URL credit from your subscription's monthly allowance; allowances reset each billing period and unused credits do not roll over.

Taxes are added where applicable. If a payment fails we may suspend paid features until it is settled.

05Cancellation and downgrades

Cancelling stops the subscription auto-renewing. Every entitlement is honoured to the end of the period you have already paid for; there is no mid-cycle termination and your data stays where it is until its retention window passes.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle for the same reason. Refunds are covered by the Refunds and Cancellation policy.

06Acceptable use

You must not use PixyScan to attack, overload or disrupt any system, to scan sites you do not control, to resell the service without a written agreement, or to break any applicable law. The Acceptable Use Policy sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.

07Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and will give notice of scheduled maintenance where we reasonably can. Committed availability targets and their remedies apply only where a Service Level Agreement has been agreed in writing.

Support is provided by email during Indian business hours.

08Intellectual property

We own PixyScan, its software, its check catalogue and its documentation. You own your data and the sites you scan, and you keep all rights in the scan results we produce for you.

You grant us the limited licence needed to fetch, process and store your data in order to provide the service.

09Warranties and disclaimers

PixyScan is provided on an as-is basis. Findings are automated observations about publicly served HTML, not professional advice, and acting on them is your decision. We do not warrant any particular search ranking, traffic outcome, or appearance in any search or AI answer engine.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

You may close your account at any time from the application.

12Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where the change is significant, notified to account owners by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
