01How to cancel

Cancel at any time from the billing screen in the application, or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

02What cancelling does

Cancelling means one thing: the subscription stops auto-renewing. Every entitlement is honoured to the end of the period you have already paid for, there is no mid-cycle termination, and your data stays where it is until its retention window passes.

Downgrades are deferred to the end of the cycle for the same reason.

03Refunds

A purchased period runs to its end and the payment for it is final. We do not refund unused time on a cancelled subscription, and we do not refund unused URL credits.

This is why there is a Free tier. It covers one site and 500 URLs a month with every check enabled, so the product can be evaluated properly before any money changes hands.

04When we do refund

We will refund, in full or in part, where any of the following applies:

• You were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling.
• A fault on our side made the service substantially unusable for a significant part of a billing period and we could not fix it.
• The law where you live gives you a right to a refund that these terms cannot displace. Statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

05How to ask

Email support@pixyscan.com with the account email address and what happened. We will respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

06Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, contacting us is faster than raising a chargeback and we would rather fix it. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
